Still budgeting in spreadsheets?

I recently presented to a group of finance professionals in Perth who were interested in moving their budgeting and forecasting processes from excel spreadsheets to a more structured Corporate Performance Model.

In this talk, I walked the group through our journey away from spreadsheets and identified the 5 critical elements AHG had to consider when choosing the right CPM platform.

These elements are:

- Integrity

- Consistency

- Scalability

- Maintainability

- Flexibility
